Cixuse provides office lunch delivery services to businesses and organizations. Our services include the preparation, packaging, and delivery of meals to designated office locations within our service area. We strive to deliver fresh, high-quality meals in a timely and professional manner.
Orders must be placed through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer service team at +1 416 789 4321 or [email protected]. All orders are subject to acceptance by Cixuse.
Payment must be made at the time of order placement unless prior credit arrangements have been established. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and corporate accounts. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Minimum order quantities may apply depending on your location and delivery requirements. Please contact us for specific details regarding your office location.
Standard delivery times are between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM on business days. Specific delivery windows can be requested and will be accommodated whenever possible. Orders must typically be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
Our delivery services are available within designated areas in Toronto and surrounding regions. Please verify that your office location falls within our delivery zone when placing your order.
The customer must provide accurate delivery information, including complete address, building access instructions, and contact person details. Cixuse is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or inaccessible delivery locations.
Order cancellations or modifications must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value. Orders cannot be cancelled once food preparation has begun.
While we take precautions to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, customers are responsible for informing us of any specific requirements at the time of ordering. We cannot guarantee that our meals are completely free from allergens due to potential cross-contamination in our kitchen facilities. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.
We are committed to providing high-quality meals. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery at [email protected] or +1 416 789 4321. We will work to resolve any issues promptly, which may include replacement meals or refunds at our discretion.
Cixuse's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and recipes, is the property of Cixuse and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
